70,000 Sqft go downs to let In Easthern by-pass

Located along Easthern by-pass is a fully gazetted Special Economic Zone located in Kiambu county along the eastern bypass,15km from the Embakasi round about and with a fully functional customs-controlled area (CCA). This allows tenants access to a host of tax benefits which are not available to other Kenyan entities.

These benefits are only permitted if a developer (like NGIP) has deployed the requisite infrastructure as per the EACCMA 2004 which includes weighbridges, customs warehouse, one-stop-shop, permitter fence etc.

We have various sizes from 444sqm – 10,000sqm that are within the CCA and outside CCA. NGIP new development(MARA) coming off the ground this September 2024. The development will have spaces from 1,200sqm – 24,000sqm with a height of 9m from eaves.
