Does Property24 rent or sell houses?

No. Property24 provides a platform for registered Real Estate Agents and Developers to market properties for sale and for rent online.

How do I contact a Real Estate Agent for a property I have seen?

While viewing your property of interest on the site, simply use the contact form on the right hand side of the listing to send a message to the advertising Real Estate Agent, or to get their email or telephone number.

I have forgotten my username or password. How do I get my username or reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password simply select "forgot password" from the Login page and follow the prompts. A link will be sent to you via email to reset your password.

If you have forgotten your username please get in touch with our customer services team and we will send you an email with your username.

How do I report inappropriate content on Property 24?

You can report suspicious listings or Real Estate Agents who are breaching our terms and conditions by contacting our customer services team for further investigation.

How do I register with Property24?

To start listing your properties with us, please submit your agency details here for verification. One of our Customer Relationship Managers will contact you and advise you on the status of your Agency account activation.

How do I logon to Agent Zone to manage my listings?

Step 1:  Click Sign in to Login | Register in the top right of the web page

Use the free Property24 Manager Tool to manage your property listings and client leads from any device online. If you are need training on how to use it or are experiencing any issues, please get in touch with our customer services team.

You can find your listing by searching using the web reference number on the home page search box. If you cannot find it, please get in touch with our customer services team to assist further.

Property24 provides a platform for registered Real Estate Agents and Developers to market properties online. Kindly contact a reliable Real Estate Agent to represent you. You can find a list of verified Real Estate Agents already registered with Property24 here.

If you would like to use a Real Estate Agent who isn't registered with Property24, please ask them to get in touch with us and register.
