Lins Real Estate Properties was started in the year 2009 by our founder Mr. Frankline Omusilu
we are based in Kenya, Nairobi in Lavington, along James Gichuru, 90 James Gichuru Offices at
Ikigai. Lins real estate offers over 15 years of real estate experience in real estate agency and all
facetsof property management.
Our practice areas include sales, letting, management and advisory services. We serve all sectors
of the industry, including commercial, retail, warehousing, serviced apartmentsand residential
developments.
Our greatest achievement and biggest sense of pride is when we create trusting and lasting
relationships. It is truly the quality of the people who make up this amazing team at every level
