Cap 533, it started its operation in 2008 as a sole proprietorship, the managing director having 6 years of previous experiences having worked as a manager and consultant in other Real Estate companies.
Our Initial first clients as friends, family and referrals from satisfied clients, we have multiplied tens fold and today the company has made its presence felt in the Kenyan property and real estate industry and can with certainty declare itself in the business .

DIRECTORS PROFILE
Winnie Austine is the owner and Director of The Hut Property Managers. A hold Of Bachelors of Arts Degree in Diplomacy & International Relations from The University of Nairobi. Before joining real Estate, she previously worked for Steadman Group (now Ipsos Synovate) as a research assistant and supervisor.
She ventured into the Real Estate business in 2004 with a goal & vision to satisfy the growing housing needs in Kenya.
She pioneered the set up of two different real Estate companies, Geogladys Holdings LTD, as a manager and Kerangata Property managers, as a property consultant. This experience led to the birth of The Hut Property Managers in August 2008.
